yesterday rented a car to go to fullerton.. got to give Midway Car Rental some props for a great rent!
i rented a compact car, but they didnt have it in the front.. so they gave me... a 2002 Ford Explorer Eddie Baur Edition! BOY was this truck sweet!!
7 seats.. all leather.. 6 CD changer.. brand new... OMG i was flossin like a mofo!! shoot.. i almost went down to SD with it! yeyeeaaaaa y did i go to class today dammit? i could have had it a lil longer..
and i paid compact price for it too!! yyeaaa
so anyways.. had fun with that.. went bowling there too.. then boba.. sounds like LA huh? heheh did a little better bowling than on wed.. read on..
Wed .. turned in my paper after sleeping for 45 min.. then hung out with my boy Ray for a while.. this man is hilarious!!
then lessee.. diana came down and we went to pinks.. then to venice for some rollerblading.. only we walked the whole strip without seeing the rental stands!
we saw one at the very end of it.. and it was closed.. DOH! and this is me with my bum ankle too! i think i sprained it when paul and i ran at manhattan beach..
so after we went to the end of the strip, we went out to the lil playground and played on the stuff.. the swings, bars, see saw.. spring horsies.. great fun!!
then we went out to the water.. ill tell ya, what a great view that day! it was absolutely amazing.. i WISH i had my camera there! i would have finished up my card taking pics of the sunset.. maybe i would have turned it in to the photo contest again and see wat happenns.. hey.. finalist for the SD sunset pics arent bad!
so anyways, we ended up WALKING FROM VENICE TO SANTA MONICA yes, you read right.. in the sand.. with my bum ankle.. we headed out toward the pier.. yes it was a long walk but it was pretty kewl..
we went to the pier and got one of those asian things where they write ure name in picture characters.. the guy was really good!.. so after that we walked back on another long but fun walk and met up with the peeps for bowling...
bowling sucked! a lousy 114 and another score that im not even gonna mention! bleh! i dunno wat the hell im doing wrong.. pisses me off that im going so much and im not getting any more consistent... then we got boba.. rather i got boba for everyone else.. since no one else paid for the other team.. gggrrr
ok.. starting to get bitter.. must stop..
so the plan for tonite..
go to SD with Ron or stay here and wine tasting at neils? hhmm decisions decisions..
