So Monday we went to DimSum in Chinatown with aims, ron, Kristine, yat, and henry chang. It was yummy! While we were talking, Vegas somehow got into the conversation and thanks to Kristine, off we went. Yes, we actually went! Left at 2, and got there about 6:30. we started at Luxor and went around to most of the major casinos. A few of us played at Excalibur, and I was the only one that was up.. not much, but still up.. 35 bucks =) ron was down about 80, yat was down a bit at blackjack. At new york new york, yat played this game called Sic Bo. It’s a game with 3 die and u put money on what combo will come up, and so on. The dealer Frank made it really really fun! Kristine asked him how long he has been in las Vegas for, and he replied, “this is my first day”. Ok, it doesn’t seem so funny now but to a group of 6 drunk kids that was hilarious! The pit-boss ended up giving us one of these not-so-cute teddy bears that u get when u win a 1-in-60 bet. Kristine named it TAY, yat backwards. We continued on to a bunch of other casinos, getting drinks at every casino! We finally ate at the Buffet at MGM. good stuff! I pretty much had a plate and a half of crab legs, some shrimp, smoked salmon, prime rib, bbq ribs, desserts like no other, etc etc.. the usual Vegas buffet. Then off to the other casinos. Aims had never been to Vegas, so we went around to as many as we could so she could look around. Ron and I took lots and lots of pics, there are some below. It was a great time! We left Vegas around 2:30, and after missing the last gas station and coming back, we were finaly on our way back. I was expecting to get back to LA around 6 so I could go to work, but we ended up getting back at 8, yat had to fight lots of traffic. Thanks for driving yat! I didn’t even go to work today hehe.

I was supposed to go into westwood’s bestbuy to interview for an in-store technician position that mary t and I saw last week when we were there. So I go and after waiting for an hour and a half and filling out a bunch of forms, they tell me that I have to redo the phone interview thing. WTf?! If everything was good with the interview thing, why the fuck do I have to take it again? Not only do I have to take it again, I have to wait for 30 days so I can do it again! Uumm dude.. its only a job at best buy. And im more than qualified for this little job, they can see from the experience I had to write down for them. So when I got back home I called the automated interview and changed my entry for culver city’s store. Grrr maybe ill pursue tutoring or something. Something that actually requires effort.
Worked out with geoff today at 24 hr fitness. It was real good, we get a lot done. Oh we saw Julie lu there today, that was kewl, it was good to see her again. She said we should come over to their new place and stuff. I was like sure thing… wat place would I have going there and hanging out? Me and geoff? Its prolly gonna stay with us seeing Julie when we are at the gym. Ill be surprised if it gets any farther than that. I think all of us know that. Its too bad too, but that’s how it works I guess. Oh, I have a 7-day pass for anyone who’s interested in coming with me, I could use another partner. Next thurs I have an appt there for an orientation thing.. they are gonna show me where the weights are and stuff? We’ll see. Its been a good place to go so far, I just need the discipline to actually get myself to go.
So joe millionare ended last nite, we had to miss it but my sister told me how he picked zora. Good pick, in my opinion. I didn’t really like sarah, she was just in it for the money, it was pretty obvious.
Anyways, yea. Cooking Kalbi tonite, yum! Stomach has been fine, haven’t needed to take any meds.
Oh yea, had to fill up the tank today.. 427 miles.. doh! If I ran the tank all the way down, I probably would have gotten close to 500 miles, but I couldn’t really take the chance.. where would I be pushing the car? Filled Arco today, so sad. 27 bucks. I don’t like using arco, but times like this I don’t have a choice. Sowwee Maurice! Its like eating potato chips all day for a month!
