so i took apart my car today, wanting to install the new speakers...
Here is what I had to do.. when i saw this i was like wTf??
ALL this just to get the dayam grill off? so i was like uumm ok , ill give it a try..
i gave up
then i tried again.
the second time, i was determined.. i just have to take apart the dayam car to do this.. so i did.. an hour later, i had the back seats, rear deck panel, and rear seat back panels on the outside of the car.. where they should NEVER be...
and there were the old speakers staring at me.
looks like something from a junkyard doesnt it? it looks so wrong..
so i took out the existing speaker, and the mounts are special pieces of crap so the bolts for these go into different holes than the new ones do.. so i would have to drill thru the frame to get the new speakers attached to the car. BOY, was that frustrating.. so I put it all back together, at least i cleaned up what i could, and found 6 cents out of it.. oh and i replaced the burnt out dome light back to stock white.
now im putting the speakers up for sale.. anyone want them? they are great 6x9s, ill hook up the price for my friends too.. looking to get rid of these before i move.. less crap for me to carry out of here.
today was kewl, nat got off early and she came by and read people's livejournals and bloggers... no xangas cuz its still down ~psha~!!
she had a craving for cup-o-noodles, not the top ramen but the ones in a cup, and cinnamon rolls, so we had to go to Ralphs to get those, and i got dinner for me and paul too.. the rotisserie (sp?) chicken, and mac and cheese. good thing she was happy.. im hungry now!
christina came (woohoo) bowling tonite with us and we had a fun time.. we got done earlier than usual and went to pauls where he made us some good a$$ smoothies.. watched some tv and i dropped off christina while nat got lost going home again.. and of course its always my fault that she gets lost all the time haha..
cant wait for tomorrow's shoot em up... wonder what gun im gonna use.. no way am i touching a Deagle..
those things are monsters! maybe a Glock or something more manageable.. or is that what i want?
i dunno i guess ill surprise myself and get what i feel like when i get there..
