today was a great day filled with good food, good friends, and good fun
spent the day taking gracie around the south bay, showing her some of the sites in San Jo:
- my old HS, Bellarmine
- our sister HS, Notre Dame San Jose
- downtown SJ
- Banana Leaf Restaurant, McCarthy Ranch, Milpitas
- Ranch 99, McCarthy Ranch, Milpitas
- Westfield Valley Fair Mall
- the all-new Santana Row
- Fantasia, Cupertino
- MicroCenter, Mercado
- AMC Mercado - saw American Wedding finally
- Dave & Busters, Great Mall, Milpitas
ok, maybe we didnt see EVERYTHING, but still had some good fun seeing the city and how things have changed.. esp Valley fair.. its so dayam HUGE now!
even got to hang out with JJ for a while today too! wow i tell ya.. old people reunion today.. fun times!
even saw Richard my friend from my math classes, and Stephen from my HS too..
it was kewl hanging out with gracie and JJ again... its been seriously a LONG time since ive talked to/seen them, let alone hang out with them! JJ was my co-fellowship plexcomm VP, and good buddy, and gracie was an RCI and CLICCster with me, all waaay back in the day!looking forward to seeing them again soon, as well as my other old friends ive been MIA for..
got a fone interview tomorrow in the early afternoon, so i should prolly be outside of my house so i can get proper reception.. anyone want to join me for part of a long lunch? gimme a call!
