So today we were supposed to go to 2 job fairs.. didn't make it to the one at stanford, but we did make it to one at the embassy suites in mipitas. it was retail though, so there wasnt much for me there. Goodguys really pushed me tho.. they really wanted me for sales.. the palo alto manager sat me down (i think in someone elses seat) and put all the apps and forms in front of me.. he said he'd hold on to my resume and he'd be back in 30 min, since he was going on lunch.. after he got back then he would interview me. I blew thru the forms and just got out of there.. why? no salary.. its on only commission.. not only that.. its commission on cell phones and car audio. doesnt everyone already have a cell phone? and who goes to the goodguys for cell phones anyways?
so after we left that, it was too late to make it to stanford so we just got boba and walked around stanford mall (hey, 2nd best rite?) for a while.. jane and i got apps at BR just for the heck of it.. i would spend more than i made there tho.. but we'll see.. dropped janee off and then we went back to my place to relax a bit..
when my mom got home we went to go vote.. uummm california voters.. ahnold won? well itll be interesting at least.. will he terminate the illegal aliens? hmm.. at least hes got some decent backers i guess..
arlo and i got japanese food at miyake's later, and then came back to watch the new joe schmo! its her new favorite show now! even my mom likes it!
aahh cant get back on aim .. guess that means its time to go to bed.. 3am..
