billing on my account. He was a courteous person and handled my
situation with the utmost professsionalism. I was upset with the 45
minute wait until I could speak to someone but his calm demeanor and
attention to detail made me forget my problem. Thank you and please

I recently did a trial of the Stamps.com service and, although it did not

work out for me, it is a wonderful idea and initiative. When I was having

trouble trying to end my participation in the program, I reached out to your company

for help. I did so by phone and through email. In all honesty, I didnt

expect to receive the outstanding customer service I received because, afterall, I

was not going to continue being a customer of the company. However, I was

quite mistaken. I had the privilege to have Rich Jhong help me. From the

initial phone contact to the email follow-up, he was excellent! He completely took

care of my needs and worries. It is obvious to me that he takes servicing

the customer seriously. Rich made me feel like he cared about my problem and

situation. That is a rare and lost art these days it seems.



I wanted to write and commend your company on selecting and employing fine

people. I believe the staff you have who work with your clients and customers

greatly reflect the company itself.



I was very impressed with Rich...so much so that it truly made me wish the

Stamps.com service would have worked for my individual and business needs

afterall!
