*edit* - I just went and got one with a co-worker.. its not bad for a light coffee, tastes the same as a regular frap.. it defeats the purpose of light when i got whipped cream but whatevers.. its not one of those strawberries and cream ones with like 90g of fat.. works for me.. im even going to work out today! on a mission to lose some insulation that ive accumulated..
