some advice when you call any customer support for help- dont exaggerate on how long you have been waiting to try to get sympathy or anything, it wont work. we have a counter on our phones that tells us exactly how long you have been waiting, and if you lie about it, its just going to make you look stupid and shady. so dont do it if you want any kind of respect from the person you are calling for help. i think i've said this before, but be nice and courteous to them and they will be more than the same to you. you might even get bonus stuff. if you come on the phone guns-a-blazin, you aint getting nada. well you might, but its going to take much more of your time, and more years off of your life.
