oblivion
we went to the bookstore and did some research on hawaii, and we have a good portion of it worked out! of course we are going to get leid, attend a luau, snorkel, wear aloha shirts, eat spam, maybe surf lessons.. its gonna be awesome! expensive, but awesome!
watched Unleashed on sat, it was better than its preview, and better IMO than hitchhikers guide.
spent 4 hours washing, waxing, and clear coating the car yesterday, i was soooo tired afterwards! i think i got sunburnt a lil too, i can feel my shirt on my shoulders. but its worth it, look how shiny! (mouse over the pics if you dont know what the pic is of)
purdy, huh? hehe. all that special attention brought the small scratches and dents into light, and not having a perfect looking car kinda bugs. kinda like when you are at work and you know you have laundry at home that NEEDS to be done because you are out of underwear. it sticks in the back of your mind as something always there, always pending. ok maybe laundry wasnt the best example, but im actually out of underwear too. ok more like if you have a test you know you NEED to study for, or the paper you NEED to do research for, but you cant buckle down to do it because its like a couple of months away. then again, i dont have money yet for my new car, so never mind about that example either. point is, i need a new car, cant get it right now, and blemishes are more apparent when you know they are there. why is that? does that mean we should be oblivious to life, and we'll be happier?
