Well, its done. didnt want to mention it till escrow closed, but i signed the closing papers this weekend. a 2bd 2.5bth place in Brentwood. housewarming will be after most of the furnishing is there and settled, so stay tuned for that! for now its dealing with all the other paperwork, and trying to get g a roomie.
