sweeet, mary is staying in LA! congrats again, and see what i mean about everything working out on its own?

as for me, stage II has commenced, furnishing. this weekend me and my sister ordered a couch and a "couch and a half" from a custom furniture place in carson. i put half down yesterday, and it should be ready in about 4-6 weeks!
just because stage II has started, doesnt mean stage I has been completed yet. we've got power and gas starting, but thats just the start of it. i'm glad my sisters helping out with The Brentwood too, but its still alot to take care of for the 2 of us.
i've decreased my employee stock contribution to help with the funds, but i might have to sell some stock by the time all the stages are complete. we've still got the rest of the living room, dining rooms, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms to furnish, moving in, etc etc. and i imagine its not going to get much better!
