y'all missed out at bowling last nite.. we bowled with a celebrity! thats right.. THE Nick Alt came out and graced us with his presence. It must have been someones bday or something, because he also came to boba afterwards!

so in the world of interviewing, ive realized its not what you know, its knowing what that one thing to say is. most of the time interviewers are listening for one specific thing that they want to hear. once they hear it, that's when you are in, regardless of how qualified you are. that's what just happened to me, I was the overqualified candidate, but another guy BSed his way in, eventhough i was the only one to finish the tests correctly out of all 20+ other applicants, including him. needless to say i was pretty pissed about it, just as everyone else was. i figured my experience, knowledge, and interest was enough to get the job, apparently i was wrong. none of that matters, not in this company at least.
so this means im on the search for a new job, or something to study for grad school. what do you guys think i should do?
