so ive been kinda "promoted" in the sense that im now officially in a different department that doesnt deal with customers directly. i put that in quotes because since im already at the same pay rate level, not much is changing as far as pay goes. i just have the work of the two people im replacing now. at least its different and i dont have to put out as many fires or deal with the same ish as i used to. and thats priceless!
